hello there.
it's really a matter of personal choice as to how you like to take milk.
as long as the question of whether these drinks work is concerned, I would like to say yes they work.
all health drinks have certain nutritional supplements and also they increase the caloric value also.
there is added proteins and many other micro nutrients present in them which will help.
