You seem to be a small girl of 10 years , whose expectations failed or was provoked by unpleasant situations or demands . I can help you with some strategies that will help you to deal such things. Remember : Many times situations don't change , people's mentality don't change all that you can change is that you can make yourself stronger to hear  and face unpleasant and unexpected situations and people. You are small and immature so you need to be guided , so second thing you should develop is to listen and then sit alone in a corner and think over those discussion and then reply Third thing , you need to accept that life and people around us are not going to be the way we want regardless of what is right or wrong . So rather than expecting from your life to go  smooth  , we should learn to walk carefully . Deep breathing helps to relax Whenever you feel angry , do deep breathing or any other exercise .
