Hello there Feeling low and irritated is quite common at times and does not mean you are loosing mind or have serious psychiatric disorder. So relax. Yet it definitely needs some management. It’s important to identify the factors leading to your sense of insecurity in relationship at the moment. It’s usually advisable to establish more open communication and talk about the insecurity with the concerned person. Most of such issues can be handled with trust and open communication.
Next Steps
Consult a Neurologist to rule out whether it is Migraine or Stress Headache.
Health Tips
• Regular Exercises, healthy diet, sleep for at least 8hrs, indulge in hobbies etc might be helpful in reducing emotional stress and headache.
