From the past 3-4 months, I am having irregular sleep routine. No matter how much I try to lie down early at night (lights turned off, no use of mobile and absolutely no caffeine intake), I am unable to get sleep at night. As a result I am forced to stay up all night. During afternoon, when my body gets extremely tired, I fall asleep. But I keep waking up frequently, quality of sleep is undermined and I never feel I had a full sleep. Please suggest something. I almost tried every possible thing I could do.
