Irregular multiple bowels and pain
I work in shifts, So i have a irregular diet like eating at any time due working in three shifts. Due to this my digestion is not proper and i have to go very frequently to use toilet with hard bowels. As soon as i eat lunch or dinner, I get stomach pain and i rush to toilet. Plz help and suggest...
