You would need iron supplementation as ferritin is extremely low. Dosing has to be monitored. You can book a consult with me.

Increase intake of Heme Iron ( animal based easily absorbed) and non -heme iron ( plant based ) Best sources : liver, red meat , lamb , and seafood Plant based : lentils, beans, tofu , pumpkin seeds , and fortified cereals Boost absorption: pair iron -rich foods with vitamin C Avoid inhibitor: avoid tea, coffee, wine , or high calcium dairy products at the same time as iron rich meals as these reduces absorption Iron supplements: Oral iron - often ferrous sulphate or similar Taking iron on an alternate day is often more effective and has fewer side effects than daily dosing Lifestyle management Rest : adequate rest to manage fatigue Follow up: recheck ferritin levels 2-3 months after starting supplements

Your Iron at the storage level is running low ,so it won’t reflect immediately on Hb levels ..but if we look at UIBC levels also it suggests you are heading to Iron deficiency anemia .If you have any gut issues/digestive problems fix that first and then supplement
