For a thyroid patient is it healthy to do 16:8 intermittent fasting.Please reply I want to do intermittent fasting

There are lot of discussion about intermittent fasting, but it's not guaranteed that it will work for all. Few of us feel hypoglycaemic after fasting for few hours only. Losing muscle weight and appetite are also the concern. Regards
