Intermittent fasting and workouts
I am currently following a 16-8 intermittent fasting routine daily. My workouts are from 6:30-8am but my feeding window is from 1pm to 9 pm. Is it harmful to wait till 1pm to have my meals after workout?. Also I do heavy weights so I read that if I don't take my proteins right after workout I will lose muscle. The 8 hour window is maintained from 1pm to 9pm so that I don't feel hungry. Is there any way to find balance here. Please advise.
