Instant negative thought
Hello doc I have been facing instant negative thought about my child almost same type thought it happens immediately and I don't know from where it is coming. From the past 2 years I am doing meditation for 20-30 mins daily also as I am doing night shifts also believe me I did many things to distract or to engage in other activities but somehow it eventually comes from nowhere. However only once or two times a day only but quite enough to give headache and slight dizziness at the same time leaving me in disarray. I checked VIT D levels it was very low at 9 taking meds of this..is this due to vitamin D def m feeling stressed or negative.? Thanks!

It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

This could be due to overthinking about your child and concern related to him/her. Our mind always gives us negative thoughts about every situation we come across and that’s our body’s natural response. How do we further channelise these thoughts is more important! Consider talking to a counselling psychologist who could help you. Sharing your thoughts and feelings can provide relief and perspective. Take Care.
