Hi For how long have you been sleep-deprived? Have you been experiencing lack of sleep ever since you have been doing night shifts. It is necessary to know if you are going through job-related burnout. You want to sleep well, and you want to be able to focus. You also want to feel calm, and you don't want to feel irritated, and angry. To feel better consult a psychologist and explain about your sleep pattern, work schedule, and lifestyle. A psychologist will help you feel calm that will enable you to sleep well.

Hi.. You will have to regulate not only your sleep routine but also follow a healthy & timely meals, exercise, and breathing/meditation. Do keep your body, clothes, & room clean, hygienic, & organized. Also, please try to reduce your screen time and avoid taking devices (phone/laptop) to bed where you sleep. Keep a separate place for work and sleep at your home. Address your Interpersonal issues by taking Counselling sessions online/offline. Sometimes our mind remains active even when we try to sleep or relax because our subconscious/unconscious mind is processing something continuously. Addressing those thoughts & emotions in a therapeutic setting helps us unwind, relax, & fall asleep naturally.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.

Sleeplessness, or insomnia can be caused by a multitude of issues. Decline in productivity, angriness, irritation are all biproducts of sleeplessness. I suggest seeking professional help in the form of clinical psychologists or psychotherapists to find the root cause of your insomnia and work towards improving it. Depending on the situation, you may be recommended medication (medication can only be prescribed by a psychiatrist) or Therapy like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Next Steps
Consult with a Psychologist or psychiatrist.
Health Tips
Try to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with. it's completely okay if you do not feel okay with the first therapist you find. The whole process will become easier if you are comfortable with the person you decide to speak. Best Wishes.
