My wife unable to get sleep since last 20 days. She feel calf pain in bedtime since last 6 months
In her lab text report vitamin d was 3.8 ng/ml. As per doctors prescription we started vitamin d tablets.
Doctor prescribed 5 tablets for 5 days after that once in a week. In last 20 days she sleep only 18-20 hours. Around 12 days she not sleep whole night. There is no depression or anxiety.

-F/b Vit D3 granules (60,000 IU )once weekly orally for 8 weeks, mix with milk and drink
-Sun exposure for atleast 1 hour between 10 am and 4pm
- Tablet Calcimax 1 tab daily for 1 month.
-T Clonazepam 0.25 mg OD HS for 1 week
- Adequate hydration , reduce screen time around night
Also do a CBC, Serum ferritin levels, RBS.
Repeat Serum Vit D3 levels after 2 months of treatment, helps in reducing risk of Vit D3 toxicity.

Patient's Vitamin D levels are very low
If possible take INJ Vitamin D 6 lakh IU stat IM .
This will RAPIDLY increase the vitamin D.
Take a sun bath every morning.
For the calf pain Hydrate yourself.
For the sleep Patient can take Tab. Alpraz 0.25 mg OD HS.
