I am having trouble sleeping. I have a night shift and I usually used to go to bed right after shift but from past one and a half month maybe I am facing issue in sleeping. I usually used to sleep by 4:30 am or 5:00 am but now days I am awake till 12:00 pm which is not a good sign.

ur sleep cycle has been disturbed , do u had sleep breaks also.
we had to regulate ur sleep cycle initially later on once the brain is adjusted u can have ur normal sleep cycle.
lying on bed and not getting sleep creates anxirty and stress
