Inside cheek
Last four months I show some small small yellowish spot inside right cheek not any other problem like burning sensation or bleeding or increase size but this problem effect on concentration of mind If I scratch inside cheek with finger than I noticed spot My bds doctor said this I Fordyce granules and give me pest of kenakort and multivitamin tablet So please give me some instructions about it how treat this problem

Yes this is fordyces granules..which is nothing but a normal variant..that means a variation in the mouth which is absolutely normal.. So no need to worry at all.. This is absolutely normal.. U can follow watever ur dentist told
