Injury caused
After doing stretching exercises, when I started jogging i felt in the area( attached pictures, left leg), it has been nearly 1 Weeks, still feeling pain while I squat on my legs/ standing or giving more pressure on that injured leg. Is this serious?

Your pain and discomfort could be due to grade 1 ATFL injury.  You should take ultrasound therapy from your nearest physiotherapy clinic for a week followed by Ankle and foot strengthening exercises.

If you had a sudden twist or over stretched and felt sudden pain, you must get it checked once. If it just started as pain, no swelling and pain has not  increased in intensity over 1 week, just rest for 7- 10 days. Use intermittent bandaging for support.
