  4. Infection inside mouth. Help me out.

Infection inside mouth
Doctor, I have infections inside my mouth below my teeth. The infection is spreading gradually inside the mouth. It is now more than 4 days. I recently went to darjeeling and got cold and infection from there. Please help me out. Thanks.
