Infection in teeth and toothache

Asked for Male, 34 Years

One month before I have pain in my upper right side. After taking med now i have only 2 to 3 seconds pain. I am sending my latest x-ray. Please tell me root canal is necessary. And in x-ray what i do for my last tooth is it also wanting root canal.
