Inducing recommended or not
Hello, I am currently in 39 the week and started noticing spotting along with stomach tightening.we rushed to hospital and found out that the cervix is 2cm dilated. It was the same without any cramping and significant bleeding so I was allowed to go home but the midwife suggested inducing pains.I don't want to go for so I said no. But even today it's the same only slight pinkish spotting and mild cramps rarely.I have been moving around and taking stairs, don't know if I got back ache because of taking stairs 3/4 times. I would like to know if it good to go for inducing or can I wait till 40 weeks? Doctor said I can wait prior this spotting but now it's my call.pl suggest. Also should I be doing particular exercises to make the labor progress ? If so how long should I be doing those intended workouts for labor. Thankyou!
