Increased Fordyce Spot
I have had many visible fordyce spots (<1mm size) on the shaft of my penis for as long as I can remember. About 10-15 years ago, one of fordyce spots increased slightly in size to roughly 3mm. Both the original ones and the newly enlarged one never caused any issue like acne/pimples/boils and I never had any problems with them, they just stayed in place. Last friday, the larger one further increased in size quite a bit, hardened, and developed a white head (with pinkish surroundings), just like a big pimple. Subsequently on saturday, it popped by itself, releasing white discharge. I have carefully handled it with sanitized hands only, regularly washing with dettol soap, drying with clean cloth, & applying T-Bact ointment. The white discharge was quite slow and continued gradually for 3 days & stopped. After this it once again reduced to its previous size, but the pinkish colour with slight whitish tinge is'nt going away, and the tiny bit is still hard. Is this serious? What am I to do?
