Hi Dr, I am 25 years old but, My body mass is very less. I want to gain weight. I take my regular diet i.e Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. But My weight is nt increasing. I have prob of Hyperthyroidism. Can u assist me to increase my weight and BMI.

Hi,
Normalize the thyroid hormone levels.
Eat nutrient dense foods.
Consume one or two smoothies daily.Add some avocado,coconut oil in order to enrich it's content.
Correct any malabsorption problems.
Include nuts and seeds in your diet.
Next Steps
Do some light weight lifting exercise for atleast 3 times a week.Try working with a personal trainer.
