I want to know that Can implantation bleeding happen 10 days after missed periods? It's been 10 days my periods are late I saw some red in my discharge. I want to know if its implantation bleeding or my periods is coming

Implantation occurs about a week after embryo transfer. So implantation bleeding should occur around the same time.

As ur periods are delayed, kindly go for pregnancy test. U can do beta hcg blood test which is more accurate
