Impact of skipping vit D tablets
I was adviced to take Vit D tablet D-Rise 60K tablet once per week by my physicians.Due to a family wedding I have skipped the tablets for two weeks now. What is the impact of it and should I continue it this week as regular or wait for some time?

If there is vitamin D deficiency, you can continue to take d rise 60k tab, if not, sun exposure in the early morning for atleast 20 to 30 min is enough

YOU MAY CONTINUE AS PER YOUR PHYSICIAN'S ADVICE ,EVENTHOUGH YOU HAD SKIPPED FOR 2 WEEKS. ALSO YOU MAY WALK IN SUN LIGHT IN MORNING AND EVENING HOURS FOR 15-30 MINUTES FOR GETTING VITAMIN D .
