I have heard that low sugar intake can help weight loss. So I am going to stop using sugar in my daily diet. So will that cause any problems like low blood sugar level ??

Hi welcome - No ,there is no relation with your sugar intake & blood sugar if your not Diabetic. But if you are high blood sugar patient already ,then must stop consuming not only refined sugar but all sugar rich foods products ,mostly all outside /streets foods including soft drinks,fast/junk foods. Here also, salt, spices, oils are harmful added with sugar.

Sugar is present in almost all foods whether it is your rice, roti or fruits so just by quitting your added sugar will not cause any problems . Enjoy your food. Good luck !
