IGH are small white spots commonly seen on arms and legs due to sun exposure and aging. They are harmless and do not spread. Sunscreen and moisturizers help prevent new spots. Certain treatment options available, for best results, consider an online consult.

Yes your dermatologist has correctly diagnosed the condition. It is not a harmful condition and generally their size remains pin point though spots may increase in number mainly on arms and legs with advancing age. Keep your skin moisturised and covered with full sleeved clothes to delay the progression. For any further queries you may consult online.
