My hand was burn two years ago due to the burning of firecracker now I'm fine but after recovering white and pink color spots are visible

Your skin appears to be normal, there is a scar formation over the burn site. If there is itching or any limitation in the movement of that particular area, you should visit the dermatologist so that you can be examined and treated accordingly.
