Ideal range for TSH
Hi doctors, What's the normal range for TSH. Though the labs shows normal range as 0.4-4 some labs and 0.4- 5.5 in some labs. What's the nominal/correct values for tsh to check for

TSH be less than 5 if you are not planning pregnancy Should be less than 2.5 if you planning pregnancy or are pregnant This is the upper limit Lower limit is 0.35

Upto 5.5 is considered normal. Only TSH values are not important values of t3 and ,t4 are also considered for making any diagnosis
