Are u constipated. Any swelling or pain in Anu’s. Bleeding? It can be because of piles, worm infestation or fissure etc.

It could be due to worm infestation.
Take tab. Bandy- plus before bed .
Avoid any form of homeopathy sugar and water pills. It's just quackery and a waste of time.
