Hi all, i was diagnosed with Anal fissures and grade 1 hammeroid (some swelling in the rectum) in first week of june. In that week, i was constipated and lots of pain while passing the stool. I saw blood cuts for two days.
After a couple of days, symptoms improved due to dietary changes, sitz bath etc.
2 weeks ago, i started applying annovate cream. Now, it is week 6 going on. Although there is no pain etc. When passing the stool, i feel that it is going through some wound, and when i zoom in with mobile torch
I see some blood cuts on the stool.
How much time does it take to heal? Every doctor said, you were diagnosed at a nascent stage, so should be recovering soon, but it has been 5 weeks

First dietary changes with lots of fibre rich foods, plenty of water intake, and avoiding junk foods. Secondly to manage acute fissure can use Topical gel and sitz bath. Antibiotics in cases of infection. And not to forget about the hemoglobin levels, as there will be blood loss with each stool. For further assistance and medication. Kindly connect.
