Plenty of cooked Vegetables cooked everyday  proves helpful . Avoid oilyspicy foods,bakeryfoods,fastfoods,preserved foods. Drink enough water buttermilk everyday . Drink milk in cold condition..Eat in a healthy manner,place and time. Every alternate days take laghusuthashekara ras one tab twice a day. For one month.

Hi, In IBS, frequently patient experiences constipation and diarrhoea. Generally fibre rich diet will help to relief from constipation. Include complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits, leafy vegetables and other vegetables and drink atleast 3 litre water per day. This will help in bowel movement. Try to avoid excess fatty food, laxative s, refined carbohydrates, caffeine ( tea & coffee) , alcohol.
Health Tips
Try to practice exercise regularly which will help in bowel movement and maintain gut mobility and should have sound sleep.
