IBE and gastritis
After surgery I am suffering form INS and stomach pain, bloating , gastric and a bit of constipation. I am taking Rifaximin 550 2 times daily for 14 days and Acogut 100 mg 3 times a day for 5 days. Is it enough or should I take Menoctly also along with this. I have already taken these tablets since 3-4 days, now it is better but still bloating and gas is there

Manage symptoms with a home diet of low-FODMAP, easily digestible foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (BRAT diet), while incorporating ginger, probiotics, and omega-3 rich foods, and avoiding spicy, fatty, and high-fiber foods.
