For the weight gain , firstly you should focus on your muscle gain . Increased protein in your diet . Take nut after12pm includes 7 almonds,2 walnuts ,2 dates,1anjeer. In fruits add banana, litchi. , custardapple. , add paneer, eggs, quinoa,shakes, sugarcane juices, dal any (white channa/ lobhiya/ soya/ chicken, anything’s sweets /gud/ ice cream/ dates / ladoo / kheeer etc...

For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your. Avoid junk and oily food.
