Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins(dairy, eggs, chicken etc), reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats(walnuts, almonds etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient. Kindly consult us for a customised diet and workout plan.

Hi Prem, it is heartening to see that you intend to take positive steps to be healthy. For your height, you should be weighing about 75 kg. A weight loss of 25 - 30 kg is what your long-term aim should be. Being a sales manager, I understand you undergo immense stress in your professional life. I can see that you are under treatment for high cholesterol and high BP.
Next Steps
Besides weight loss, your other aim should be stress management. High cholesterol and BP could be interrelated to stress, body weight and other lifestyle factors. To understand this, a detailed assessment of your lifestyle including your diet is essential. This will help you understand your body and health better. You can seek my appointment (one-to-one and/or online consultation) to further discuss on these issues.
