I want to reduce my weight and tummy
I have become fat and due to heavy weight I have developed health issue and lost confidence in myself. Please help me. I have heard about keto need to know how is it helpful and what is best for me.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi! Firstly, good that you are trying to get a hold of your health. You have already taken the first step by putting up your question. So weight management depends on two things- diet and workout. Your regular diet can be planned in way that you will not gain any more weight. And a workout will help you lose it. Keto is a difficult way of dieting and difficult to sustain on. You can start initially by following simple steps- 1. Limit the consumption of refined and processed foods like bread and other bakery products. 2. Consume plenty of fresh vegetables. Include salads in each of your meals. 3. Consume plenty of whole fruits instead of juices. 4. Avoid consuming food that contain excess fats and sugar like jams, syrups, deep fried foods etc. 5. Make sure you start with physical activity for at least 30 minutes each day.

Hi dear As you have not mentioned your height and weight so can't tell you about your BMI You need to follow proper balanced diet plan and exercise regularly

Include fruits and vegetables in your diet follow proper workout 5.Do daily brisk walk atleast for 30 mins 6. Include complex carbohydrates in your diet ( there are 2 types of carbohydrates 1. simple and other is complex  1.simple carbohydrates can digest fast and it doesn't give satiety value but complex carbohydrates takes time to digest and it gives satiety value too.) 7. Avoid junk food. 8. change oil in every 6 months

Don't use short cut way for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Hello, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND FAD DIETS OR KETO DIETS AS IT HARMS THE BODY. IT WILL GIVE YOU A TEMPORARY RESULT UT IT WILL AFFECT YOU HEALTHY AND YOU MAY DEVELOP CERTAIN METABOLIC DISEASES. Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition
