Try to figure out what position causes Ur stiffness. Avoid a continuous prolong posture at your desk. Take water n urination breaks every 30 mins. Consult a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who can help you train your weak neck anterior muscles and improve your posture for long term recovery.
