I want to loss my weight upto 12kg
Hello , My height is 5.7ft and weight is 85kg , I feel so unhealthy because of my fat and I don't have time to exercise due to office busy schedule & according to BMI , my weight should be 70-72kg but I have 85kg , I want to reduce minimum 10kg without much exercise, please share me diet chart for weight loss. Thank you

Hi Your BMI indicates overweight.. Diet and exercise together to hand in hand.. Diet alone will not fetch you much positive results.. In diet you can include lots of seasonal locally grown fruits and vegetables, dark leafy green vegetables, complex carbs such whole cereal grains, bran, oats, buck wheat , rye, whole whole flour, low fat dairy milk and milk products, low complex carbs, moderate high biological value plant based proteins such as lentils, legumes , nuts such almonds, walnuts, seeds , high fiber foods, plenty of water around 8 to 10 glasses of water, include omega 3 and 6 foods like flaxseeds, avocados, walnuts, almonds, olive oil, safflower oil, gingely oil for cooking food, sea fish like salmon and macarel, egg whites, chicken soup, lean meats if non veg..etc all to be included in limited portions in your daily diet.. Have green tea half an hour before to lunch.. Exposure to sun, good amount of sleep, being active all day long, Maintaining healthy lifestyle is also very important..some how you should make room for exercises both morning and evening also...without which the result is not sure shot..as mentioned above both diet and maintaining healthy lifestyle are very important in achieving weight loss.. According to your height and weight your body mass index is 29.41 which is under overweight category. take frequent small meals add more water fruit vegetables and pulses in your diet. take food on time.

Hi There is no doubt about this fact that 70% of diet and 30% of workout will make you fit and health so this 30% is also important. Try and do 30 to 40 mins.off brisk walking. Eat food with high in fiber like oats , peas, cucumber with peel . Include 5 to 6 servings off fruits and veggies in your diet daily. Avoid carbs like white rice, White breads , potatoes, all deep  fried food and outside packed and processed foods . Drink lemon juice in the morning. Drink 9 to 10.glassses of water in aday. Have small meal and avoid munching.
