I want to lose weight
I had been sitting at home for around 8 months and now I am really having problem in losing weight. I have a stout figure which I want to get rid of. I want a healthy mind as well as a healthy body.

Hello..., heathy mind makes Healthy body .. You must not be sedentary ,be active get up at regular timings .Have 7-8 hours of sleep .. So that you feel fresh in the morning....Swimming ,cycling ,skipping helps in reducing tummy.. Have healthy nutritious foods like green leafy vegetables ,carrot ..
