I want to loose my weight
Actually, After delivering my 2nd child due to some problem my intestines stuck to the skin which sometimes causes sweeling and increase in weight , Kindly suggest me the way to reduce my weight and swelling...I suffered through Thyroid but now it's OK...if any diet scheme is needed I would be enjoy infollowing it

Hello mam - u need very low calorie foods like nil or very negligible rice or Rice products, no banana, mangoes, coconut, dry fruits. mild to moderate activities in home campus but no stress, strains. very low cooking oil, no fast, junk,fried foods even at home.sleep only at night average 7 hours. do not or try to avoid antidepressant medicines if there.

Men: Avoid beer.. Avoid artificial sweeteners.. Review any medications.. Stress less, sleep more.. Eat less dairy products and nuts.. Supplement vitamins and minerals.. Use intermittent fasting.. Exercise smart.. Achieve optimal ketosis.. Get your hormones checked.. Add green tea.. Consult Dietitian for diet chart...
