I want to know the diet plan for my body
I have started running and Yoda exercises in morning. But my shin pain is not getting over. Moreover I want to know the diet plan suited to my body. Like what to eat or drink before and after running & exercises. My stomach seems to be pretty bad these days specially the cramps and loose motions. May be it is due to not following a proper diet. Right now I take two bananas and milk after jogging and nothing before running. Then some parathas after a while. Then dal roti chawal in the afternoon and at dinner. So kindly provide your suggestions and guidance.
