Hi.. gaining weight needs double patience then loosing weight & it is all together a difficult task.  But having said dis it doesn't means that u can't gain weight...☺️ It takes time and u have to hold Ur patience....u written dat u tried everything..dis depends on what &how u tried..

a tip for u... if u like eating desi ghee then do one thing take a spoon of ghee add 2spoon of sugar mix it well...have it 2-3 times a day .. another one take 5-6 soaked almonds daily in morning..

Hello, Loosing weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.

Hello,weight gain program requires sustained efforts and holistic approach. Just eating more ghee/ butter laden foods, or popping pills is not going to help you.  some tips are: 1. Rule out digestion issues like bloating, frequent indigestion, worm infestation, IBS etc. 2. Take smaller portions of, energy dense foods and  have frequent meals. 3. Don't drag over lunch or dinner more than 15-20 min. Chew food properly. 4. Drink water in between meals. 5. Do some light strength training exercise like dumb bells, push ups, Pilates etc 6. Try to take balanced diet with fruits, veggies, nuts, sprouts, paneer, curd, whole cereals. Cut down on junk  food and outside food.  Preferably eat home-cooked food.

Hi Gaining weight with a Junk food is not a right option. It can lead to many health issues in your body. For weight gain you need to follow a High Protein, High Calorie Diet plan under the supervision of Dietician. Always remember anybody can gain weight with a healthy diet. So learn the expert. For a while you can follow the following weight gain tips which may help you to some extent. DISCLAIMER : If u have any other medical issue then tips will change in that case. > Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns > Eat Plenty of Protein > Fill up on Plenty of Carbs and Fat and Eat at Least 3 Times per Day > Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. > Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. > Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories >Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you're trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. > Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth. But for proper result you need to follow a personalized diet plan
