Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

Don't take any supplements for vitamin or other. For wt gain take proper healthy diet, do wt gain related exercise. Add more calorie & carbohydrate food in ur diet. Don't skip meals. Breakfast should be heavy.  Add nuts in ur diet
