Things can be controlled with right food . Food is a habit as you eat right you will crave for right kind of good , if you eat only junk n sweet carbs you will crave for carbs all the time . So fist thing is to drink good amount of water . No liquid calories . Third is choose protein n vegetables first thing to satisfy you . You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4.
