Weight loss should be gradually. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food.

Instead you can take well balanced diets with small portion mant times a day..which in turn helps in limited calorie intake at one go .. Dietary management and healthy lifestyle modifications both are key in achieving desired considerable amount of weight loss .. Diet recommendations for you would be high fiber diets, almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, chicken soups, sea fish or oily fish like salmon and macarel etc..egg whites, whole cereal grains, whole pulses, slim milk, locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, legumes like rajma beans, green peas, all bean varieties etc.. Gourd family vegetables, No to roots and tubers..like potatoes, yams etc.. No high fat foods, no outside foods , no to deep frieds, no to junk, fast and instant , processed and packaged foods, no to sweets, chocolates, baked foods, pizzas, pasta, burgers, etc.. No to dalda, vanaspathi ( hydrogenated vegetable oils) for cooking.. Oils to be used are til oil, olive oil, safflower oil, groundnut etc...for only cooking.. WEIGHT LOSS 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3.
