I need to lose weight n become fit
I am 20 years old female n my weight it 83kg...I am 5.8. I want my weight to be 60kg bt I stay in hostel n don't have access to gym n fancy diets

Hi dear I understand your concern. You don't need fancy diet plans to lose weight. What you need is a proper regime with a balanced diet plan.
