I need to loose weight..

Hi dear you can loose your weight very easily , just take high fibre diet along with plenty of fluids . Also do exercise for 30-40 mins on daily basis.

You should not take the stress firstly. Take a high fibre and high protein diet. Drink lots of water. Have more of fruits and vegetables. Take a sound sleep.

Hi, I understand your concern, but to recommend specifically one to one discussion is required. As per your height your ideal body weight range should be 63-68 kg. PCOS is causing due to hormonal imbalance, results weight gain and irregular menstruation. You should follow a well balanced weight reduction diet, which contains a good quality protein like egg, dahi/ yoghurt, paneer, soyabean, sprouts etc, along with more fruits, leafy and other vegetables and complex carbohydrates. Avoid fast and processed food and drink 3 litre water per day. Small frequent meal will be helpful.
