I'm underweight and want to fit.
I am 20 year old girl. My height is 5'2 my weight is only 37 kgs. I was healthy till 16 years old. After shifting outside, i start to losing weight. I am underweight girl. I eat everything veg, Non-veg but after eating spicy food next day i have to face lose-motions. What should i do? Where i should consult?
