Tricuim and Astymin forte are vitamin and Calcium supplements. They can't cause swelling of the feet. If you can feel the water in your feet then you should be able to use a blotting paper also. If that doesn't work then please go to a Gynaecologist for a physical examination, a few investigations and further management. Your blood report is normal.

Hemoglobin is a little on the lower side If your blood pressure records are normal this swelling could be because of pressure symptoms you can go for limb elevation and have a good protein rich diet

Your feet swelling is not for the medication you were taking 1. There will be dependant posture 2. Less protein in your body 3. Your hemoglobin is 10.5 towards lower end All other related oarameters also shows iron deficiency pattern Test your proteins in the urine You can see your obstetrician if there is protein loss in urine
Next Steps
Keep a pillow under your feet while sleeping Take high protein diet Egg whites Chole Soya Paneer
