Although the history given by u is not enough but d symptoms r suggestive of Generalised Anxiety Disorder. You need to consult a therapist. You can take help of cognitive behaviour therapy along with some anti anxiety medications like etizolam and escitalopram. You should also try practicing yoga or meditation with breathing exercises. These will help relieve d anxiety.
