I have to lose 5 kg.
I am suffering from POCs and Hyderhydrosis. So, I have to lose 5 kg. 5 days in a week, I do exercise for atleast 20 mins. But, I haven't seen a good result. So, anyone who can guide me and give me a relevant suggestions.

Greetings for the day!!    Exercise of atleast 30mins to 60mins is necessary to help out with weight loss. Start avoiding milk and milk based products except curd for PCOS.
