Don't take any medication to reduce your weight as all medication have some side effects. Do daily some cardio exercise for half an hour and cut down on your carbohydrates and fatty foods like rice, potato, deep fried foods, sweets, junk foods like ice cream, burger, cold drinks etc. Take more of protein like egg, chicken, fish, mushroom, soya, dal, milk after removing the cream take small quantity but frequently and plenty of water If you change your lifestyle, it will definitely help to get rid of your cyst as in PCOD
