PCOS weight gain
I have a problem of pcos and irregular painful periods.. Nd started gaining weight around my lower belly&back.I consulted from a gynaecologist and she adviced me to take Diane-35 for 3 months and do some workout to lose weight... I did everything,even changed my diet but nothing happened to me..Plz advice me something

Hello, you might have had irregular periods previously.Irregular period ,weight gain is commonly seen in polycystic ovarian syndrome. As a first step, your doctor may recommend weight loss through a low-calorie diet combined with moderate exercise activities. Don't loose hope and be persistent ,its not a single day program it takes lot of effort . Follow up is required in these cases
