I have pcos
I want to clean cyst. My weight is 68.after my treatment in 6 month then my weight is 65.doctor prescribe me Diane35 medicine. Then my periods flow is regularly date by date.I want to totally cleaned my ovarian cyst .please help me.

Hi. Pcod is a life style disease. You can free from it by doing lifestyle modification
You do regular exercises, take high protein less carbohydrate diet. Maintain your body mass index. These pcod will be fine. Once do your hormones, if all r fine then you can do all these , you will be fine.
